I want to keep overhead as small as possible, with as much value as possible. So you will not find slide decks over slide decks, but succinct answers and guidance. Results for grown-ups.
Are you only working remote?
While remote consulting is my premier choice to keep overhead small, there are very good reasons to meet in person. When the need occurs, I will be there with you.
How do we start and end a project?
We start lean, focused but with a vision, and we end when the job is done or you are confident enough that you and your organization can finish on your own. My goal is your self-sustainability, to enable you and your organization. I do not want to hang around longer than valuable.
How do you deal with discussions and its results?
Written documentation over repeat discussions and slides. Document alternatives not chosen, too, to overcome survivor bias and save ourselves from re-iterating the same questions over and over again.
